The 90’s: Style is fashion that sticks

It’s a gorgeous Saturday here in Sydney! Looking out my window, all I can see is blue sky and nothing makes me happier!! Ok I lie. I get a little giddy picking my outfit out on a day like this. Then frustrated cause nothing looks good enough. Then excited again cause I found a little gem at the back of my wardrobe. Then frustrated again cause I have nothing that goes with it. So, whattup with all the mixed emotion you may ask?? In my stylist opinion, when you’re wearing fewer clothes on a day like today the clothes you DO wear have to stand out. Yes, they have to compliment your skin tone and body shape, but they also need to have that zing. A beautiful pattern or a striking colour on a shoe string strap dress, showing off most of your back and the gorgeous tan is the perfect example. The point is, you have no layers- coats, cardigans, scarves etc to take the focus away from that ratty shirt you bought three years ago. Ergo, extra attention must be paid. And this is what I mean..
